You could benefit ALOT from goodnight's movement code. Also the hookshot collision is off, and you also need to improve your sprites. I've been looking at your windwaker sprite project and I know you have the capability to make your sprites much better. But I still really enjoyed playing. Once you fix all of these glitches that other people have stated this game could become really good

well, it's not perfect because the hookshot is almost as big as link
i was too lazy to make a full bitmap, but the editing will be easy

As a new acheivement you could add a new item, and make it so that you can get it relatively early in the game, so it's not useless like the ice arrows were in the original, or the mirror shield in minish cap.
