Took about 45 minutes in Photoshop. This was kind of an experiment, and I like the way it turned out. Do you like it?

you should expariment a bit with vectors in photoshop and it can give a great cell shaded effect
heres some examples:

Vectors can be used to give that particular style of shading as well as do a decent job with uniform outlines either by brush or actually going in and vectoring the lines themselves, just play around with it

Its a really cool art style, i like it! Not sure if its classed as cel shaded, I dont know though.
