Actually I used the sprite ripped the basis of the Goron Minish Cap.
http://www.spriters-resource.com/gameboy_advance/lozminish/sheet/6389

Now about the missing animation I made by myself, long time ago (not copied from anywhere).

Now I would like to ask you if anyone knows some animation Goron rolling? The editing that I saw up I didn't like so much.

I'll fix the hunched looking.

Love it! Except a little detail I just noticed, Goron Link has a tatoo on the sides of his arms.

That would only really be able to be shown as like 4 pixels or something... not really that detailed nor important in the long run if you ask me.

exactly and it would come out looking more like a smudge on his arm then a tattoo.

When converting something like a 3D model which can be detailed like that into a 2D sprite, which is smaller and thus can't be detailed that much, sometimes sacrifices have to be made.

I agree. I noticed that there was no tattoo and I realized that it would be too much detail to try to cram into this style. It looks great as is. Nice work on those GoroLink revisions Leduardo! Why don't you upload it to the graphics resources? That way people can rate it. ;) Unless you want to make the rolling first.

I'm just saying, we need more great resources like this in there so that they don't get lost in time. I've already seen some great sprite threads (topics) get forgotten and lost as new topics push them down.

As have I; it's a tragic cycle. But it seems to be ending as this current batch of threads show no sign of dying, which is the only way they'd be lost to the depths of the board.

I have to say this Goron Link looks great and it has animations, which is excellent. Although I would probably suggest you get the full set of movements first. On the other hand you could always added additional animations later.

I'm just saying, we need more great resources like this in there so that they don't get lost in time. I've already seen some great sprite threads (topics) get forgotten and lost as new topics push them down.
The problem is that 9 out of 10 of these topics are nothing more than "look-what-pretty-I-can-make-statues" topics. They make 1 frame in a front view of a standing pose of a single character and then go on to the next. Not even altering that single frame based on the comments. There might now be a long running of threads making sprites, but this Goron Link sheet that Leduardo made and Dark Hylian's Deku Link sprite sheet are the first real practical and ready-to-use resources that have come out of it. The rest is nothing more than look how pretty the statues are.

Thanks people.
I saved Goron Link in Resource Database.

Today I bring to you a sprite that i made a 5 years ago.

My inspiration were M&L game, when Luigi turns on a surfboard.

I think WW would've been more fun if Link surfed everywhere... That would've been awesome! And you can't qualify that as "not-in-the-right-time-period" as surfing *technically* could've been around for quite a while.

Nice! Did you make a down pose for front and back and an up pose for sides? In my opinoin, TWW wouldve been better with snoboarding like in TP. Hyrule couldve went in an ice age and there couldve been evolved species. (Like mountian octork and snow bokoblins.) (Omg! I just got an idea!...)

Hmm, that is actually a nice idea. A few remarks though.
- I do think that it is better if you make the surfboard a tad bit slimmer (at least at the side view) so that Links arms don't need to be out of proportion long for the starting up bit.
- When surfing to the right it would be nice to let Link also look to the right.
- You should make a complete spritesheet out that with the following elements:
       * Starting up the surf
       * Surfing
       * Controlled stop
       * Falling down when bumping into something.

When your are making the sheet make sure to have three directions (down, up and side) and it would be nice if the board was sprited separate from Link.

Well dang, that is awesome! My only crit is to lighten the outline in areas that are lighted and keep the darker outline for the parts that are darker.

That, sir, is a work of art! That would fit in the Louvre....'s sprite exhibit, if they had one. That's how good it is! ^_^
