Oh man...that took ages, I'm so tired lol. Thought I'd just post my inspiration along with it: - These days I'm hardly ever able to sleep properly....I spend the whole night trying...in and out I go of consciousness....but look, it's getting light already
- This time of day is eerie, so peaceful and quiet, as if it is equally likely to be the end of the day as the beginning
- Looking round, I see soldiers sleeping...the smoke of campfires struggling to keep alive...
- ...but who's that, there's someone walking into the generals quarters...I don't recognise that uniform...it almost looks like the uniform of the........"
- ATTACKERS!! Wake everyone up, rally them to their arms! I shout instructions at the top of my voice
- The enemy scout panics and runs back through the entrance of the camp, back towards the advancing army
- "Ready men" shouts the commander - we stand in line, chests out and stomachs in, girding shields and brandishing our swords
- The archers take their positions, and we wait....they're getting closer, coming at a steady march
- Commander gives a stirring speech
- We charge at them
- Men are slaughtered from all sides, everywhere blood is spilt
- There's so many of them...but we will keep fighting..to the end!
- So many of them...
- I'm outnumbered, it's just me left....they're all around me...but I'll keep fighting, everywhere...fighting...everywhere....swords....fighting...maces....everywhere...axes....uhh
