Paris Hilton's Jail Term Cut To 23 Days
Hotel Heiress Jailed For Probation Violation

OS ANGELES -- Officials say Paris Hilton will have to serve about half of her 45-day jail sentence and will be separated from the general inmate population.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County sheriff said the hotel heiress will spend about 23 days in a "special needs housing unit." Her sentence was shortened after jail officials gave her credit for good behavior.

Hilton will stay in a unit that contains 12 two-person cells reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates.

Uggh. I would be good for her to stay a day of 45 in a prison with no seperated cells.

Just to clarify, prison is entirely different from jail.  Spending 23 days in jail is a cake walk, especially considering the celebrity treament "seperation"...pshh, more like "accommodation".

I would have laughed so hard if she did get prison time...hell, they could make a season three of "The Simple Life" chronicling the consequences of dropping the soap in a female prison.

I'd watch it....as long as they didn't show the really hairy ones...duh. <_<

Wow... what the hell?!... why does she get an special treatment? Just because she is a porn start doesn't mean she's better then the other people in prison... The judge just called it good behavior because she got laid with him!

Hahaha of course she was put in a seperate housing section. I mean come on...everyone witnessed her only "talent" (as some would call it.) via the internet. All those jailed persons were probably hoping she'd get landed among the general inmate pop. so they could have their way with her. Then again, she could've been shut off so the pigs could have their way with her as well. Either way, there's bound to be some "activities" occuring.

I am under the impression that she got her own cell as a number of jail...people... had threatened her life. At least, according to the latest Curve magazine.
