Assuming this isn't a shop or a mistake by MS, and that the album is the black album, this would mean Metallica denied rights for the transfer so they can sell it to you again, which I find to be about 50% likely.

I'm going to call it BS though, seems like its a shop to me. Discuss.

Hrmmm, that is weird. I feared that Metallica was going to be exclusive with Guitar Hero, along with Ozzy. I hope that doesn't happen though. I'm too poor to afford GH:WT and RB2. Plus I got oooddles of DLC for RB.
