If you cant get a screen shot search the net?

For some games with AA in order to take a screenshot you need a 3rd Party Application like Fraps.

Post by: TheDarkJay on August 03, 2008, 06:07:05 pm: Grabbed some mods that make Oblivion more of an RPG (Stop NPCs levelling with the player in such a way that at level 20 all Bandits are gods with full Daedric Armour, replaces the Lockpicking and Speechcraft Mini-Games with purely dice-based ones, etc.) and am now actually enjoying playing it :P The tweaks I made myself to combat stats are cool as well (I quadrupled the amount of damage you both take and give, and made it so a Block skill of 100 blocks all damage, makes fights shorter and more deadly. I also made high-level stealth attacks deal mega damage, making it possible to kill a whole fort of people without being seen)

Meet Jayynne, the Dunmer Female Thief. She fights with hand-to-hand (her bracers actually when she gets her first out spring a little blade like in Assassin's parkour), and generally uses Stealth instead of Magic or all-out combat. She can't use a sword, shield, warhammer, bow, axe or spells at all.

Actually, morrowind doesn't support AA on it's own, neither does it support my native resolution (1280x800), I've actually got a graphics enhancing program that modifies it. And the program lets you take screenshots with AA, apparently. I'm still trying to work out why it's not.

Oh yeah... I went there. I had to use Gameshark codes to get the SS Anne back and I used the "walk through walls" code to get past the guy because I was too lazy to get a ticket, lol. Ah, good memories.

Post by: Xavier on August 04, 2008, 09:59:54 am: I'm not sure if this works with emulators (I guess it could if you use two), but when I was a kid and I was playing Pokemon Red (while my sister was playing Pokemon Blue), to get where you are, I had to trade with her/she had to trade with me a pokemon with Cut CS (number 02 if I correctly remember), this way, it was useless to beat Gary in the boat then looking after the captain, and the boat was at the same place during all the game, thus, you could surf up to the truck.

I don't know if you already did that too.

I know, I play Morrowind and use MGE too, and MWSE, and MWE...anyway, my point was Fraps will still work to take screenshots when using MGE.

Monkey Island is absolutely amazing. I've only play The Curse of... but I assume the rest of the series is as good.

O_O you LIKED that mission? I thought it was ridiculously unrealistic for what it was worth :x... There were so many ways I could have completed that mission *better* but they force you to limit yourself on it.

I just got done beating the game though... Niko doesn't understand the concept of "HURRY" when he's trying to drive a boat though :s takes him HOURS to get on one when someones shooting ROCKETS at him lol

Not so much :P Mainly just studying the art style and the color usage. I suck at palettes, so it's a big help seeing how they utilize the limited colors.

But either way; it's NSFW artistic vulgarity, not porn or anything lol... The art is amazing though, and it's pretty much the determining factor towards wanting to make the game I'm working on... Also not illegal, since censorship is youtubes decision, no one elses, and I did my part by saying "NSFW". It doesn't auto play, so having read that and clicking it, it's on you :P

I should also note, that 13 year olds aren't allowed on ZFGC per policy and irritations with the COPPA... *shrugs*

Point being- you weren't forced to click it, you weren't forced to view it even if you're viewing this thread. It's a click to play with a disclaimer that it's not safe for work :P

Aha, I see that now... the video looked so good that I skipped the reading. :P Yes, I guess that was on me then. Luckily I am almost 22, so it's all good, lol.

Don't get me wrong, I love that art style! If your game is inspired by that then I can't wait to see what you come up with! That is the best video gamey movie I have ever seen. Never seen anything like it. It makes me feel like playing some of the old classic video games!

BioShock for me was one of those games that promises so much, and delivers so much, and then drops the ball at the end (I'm looking at you two in particular with that sentence, Fahrenheit and KoToR 2 -_-).

If they are, I hope it returns to the 2D grid-based system of yore, but with a 3D engine. The third one was far too easy in my opinion, so I stick with 1 and 2.

It's a pretty good game. The new scenarios often remove park entrance fees, which forces you to build better and more cost-effective rides. The coaster builder is also much more versatile (you can bank hills, for example.) Scenarios aren't as interesting though.

Yeah, I was really surprised when I found out that the name was changed due to legal issues. And when the N64 game came out, they made another change to Lylat Wars, because "Starwing" had legal issues also.

Illusion of Gaia? I think in Europe it was called Illusion of Time. Yeah that is on why most wanted game list as well, along with Secret of Evermore and Secret of Mana.

Yeah the main storyline itself is quite predictable, but I do enjoy some of the sidequest and the treasure hunting.

Sorry, I'm not interested in an exchange. A long time ago I sold my SNES with the !@#$% load of games I had. I regret that now, thus I am trying to get my collection back, including adding some new ones.

I usually see most game releases on Tuesdays (while they are usually in stores on Wednesdays), but sometimes it happens.
