Hmm, these don't seem to loop, but they all have 4 correctly aligned images.

I animated the old guy:

I would go through the other ones but getting through some of the incorrect reverse images that the ripper was too lazy to get right (not you, the guy who gave the original resource) is a pain in the ass.  The guy in the yellow hat for example, the side of his face that his smirk is on will change and that is not supposed to happen.

I know, I animated him for you; I even used the graphic that you had provided as a shortcut, you did the trimmings, I just added the effect.

Meh, or it could just be the gathering place.  It would be better to just put it up on the Gallery, which I started doing.

Oh, Tokos, I added the transparencies and looped the animation for the rest of your images and I also uploaded them all to the Gallery (they are pending approval).

Infini said that the Gallery might be coming down in a few days, so I might not add any more to the Gallery itself, but I was going to see if I could either animate a Moblin, Keaton, Link actions (not sure but I was thinking about possibly doing that with Link in red, blue, or purple too, but that might be unnecessary), or arrange the "font" files used in Minish Cap to be ASCII correct.  Anyway, for the sake of professionalism and whatnot, adding transparency and looping looks good: http://www.jhepple.com/gif_animator.htm has a really good, free animator.

I made the animations for the standard Moblin, both walking and charging -

Walking:

Charging:

I also uploaded them to the Gallery and they are waiting approval even though that is going to be taken down anyway.  Meh.

Update - I finished the alternative version of the Moblin (even had to fix a problem with his knees).  I noticed that the foot on the charge left and right seemed odd, but that is because it is otherwise covered up by and cloud of dust effect.  Anyway:

Moblin Alternate

Walking:

Charging:

Edit: Oh, and all of which has been uploaded to the Gallery for the hell of it.

I'm can't say that I am not surprised that no one really has the interest to post or take notice, but meh.  Anyway, I animated the Keaton and the Keaton Alternate Walking Sprites.  The latter was a !@#$% because I had to basically rip it myself to make sure it was right (on the former, either the down walk or up walk was not ripped right by the other person as the tail did not move correctly).  Here is what I put together:

Keaton Walking:
[taken down]

Keaton Alternate Walking:
[taken down]

Edit: Upon further inspection, the sword on the normal Keaton was really messed up by the person who ripped it in that they added an outline to the sword when in actuality it does not have one.  I am going back and just ripping everything myself.

Yeah, it is funny because I uploaded 72 looping, animated, labeled, transparency-having, trimmed-up dimensional sprites to the Gallery and hardly anyone noticed with the exception of those who just look into topics and are users here or guests who lurk and get here through some search method; thanks for having some of the animations assembled.  Anyway, with the Keaton, I should be able to get the animations for the default one done in a day or so; I mostly have to check to see if there are any errors in what was previously ripped, it sometimes helps to just animate the sprite to see if it looks odd and then check, but I am a perfectionist.

The Keaton Alternate is going to take a while longer to do; I could probably speed that up though if I just get all the frames of the normal one in a spot, transition their color to the Alternate palette and then edit out part of the dagger so that it is as it should be (of course, I would still have to check out if I was doing it right by ripping the original myself).

It is pretty easy to do actually if you rip it straight from the game as the game leaves the shadows in that the ripper took out; the ripper also happened to splatter them unevenly to a page so it really benefits no one in development.

I never noticed because I hate the gallery system we have now. I haven't looked in it for months.

Meh, well I'm breaking my balls.

Oh, and minor update, Construction Foreman (the sheet on TSR sucks, it has a black background that makes it unusable, so I ripped it myself):

Standing (When you talk to him and you are beneath him, the standing sprite just stops animating and "rests" on one of the frames which I am too lazy to check):
