she needs a wider chin, mouth jaw and for her chin not to consist mainly of a 45 degree line
you also need to colour her lips as how the light would hit them, not just a few coloured horizontal lines
her eyes are also back to looking empty and dead

it seems with your pixel art, you're aiming for a more realistic style, but at the same time you're trying to accentuate her femininity by giving her a ridiculously small jaw bone, over-shined eyes and a small tiny mouth.. it just isn't coherent, everything's clashing
I'd actually recommend restarting, or heavily editing this, I'd say restarting would be easier because you have a tone of colours and aaing that would need to be cleaned up several times through the process
if you do decide to restart you should keep one consistant style in mind and perhaps a more dynamic pose
