IF the emote comp stated otherwise, such that zfgc owned the sprites for example, which may have been done as a precaution based on other past events (DJvenom bless him), then zfgc could enforce such a rule, and correct it, though you would have to propose such action and get the staff to agree completely and set up some definate on/off guidelines.
