Ocarina of Time - either stepping into Hyrule field for the first time (It was HUGE!) or kickind ass as adult Link for the first time
Majoras Mask - Anything to do with the bombers-notebook-making-people-happy thing.
Links Awakening - The ending, which I loved but it really upset me. In a good way.

Majora's Mask, seeing the moon for the first time. If it wasn't for the moon, or the epicness of Majora's Mask, then I don't think I would have even concidered playing it.

Ocarina, why? Well because it was the only zelda i actually had trouble playing through. The others were a bit too easy for my tastes.

Majora's Mask.

Lot's of great moments, but I'll choose the alien invasion subplot. I'm a bit of a UFO buff, so seeing what was basically the Flatwoods monster in a Zelda game was awesome.

A very close second would be the flipped Stone Tower Temple, my gosh, that level makes me uneasy every time I play it.

Either Ocarina, Majora, or A Link to the Past. I can't choose between the three.

I can't leave it at just one favourite. :P

1. Majora's Mask. It's so beautifully weird, I love the "Calling the Four Giants" music and segments, and inside the moon with the masked kids saying strange things about friendship.

2. Adventure of Link. First one I played, so I didn't have that "it's not typical Zelda" bias. Just lots of fun and memories, and I enjoyed the more whimsical style.

3. Ocarina of Time. I was never a huge LTTP fan but recognised all the great things about it... OOT was that game realised perfectly into 3D and made much more fun and epic to me.

Just started playing Twilight Princess so we'll see in a while where that ranks, but so far I think it'll be #4.

While my favorite Zelda is Lttp, my favorite moment is from my 2nd favorite Majora's Mask:

Incomplete list of faves:

Wind Waker. It beat OOT In nearly any aspect. Perfect Game, Pefrect Graphics. If only Hyrule was playable like in the JP version.
Majoras Mask. Interesting twists, gameplay, story.
Twilight Princess. 95% of what I anticipated
LTTP. First Game I Played   XD
OOT. Its Cewl

Worst List:
Them CD-i Games. What the !@#$%.
AOL. Both the game and the ISP suck eggs
//anything below isnt !@#$%, but it aint very good
LA. Touch the Kart during play and it will lose your file Many glitches Worst non NES graphics in all games.
Scrach that. LOZ had better GFX than LA
LOZ. Cmon, It revolutionary, but not that good.

The rest are OK.

Replys:

Are you sure your not mixing it with LA?

No, Link to the Past. On the SNES.

I can't stand it one bit. It's so boring, the music sounds awful, the graphics are half-assed, it's too long (even for a Zelda Game) and I could never beat that damn Moth Boss.

The damned moth boss was so easy!
Look up the glitches. They make the game way better.
Also, LAs music and GFX were worse.

No. LA, the monochrome GB game is pathetic. But it still was fun to screw with the p'ress select glitch :P

I love Mothula, he's my favourite Zelda enemy. The Wind Waker version is best, though.

Link's Awakening will always be the best game in my heart, for it was my first Zelda game. :)

However, in my head Wind Waker is the best, because I think I enjoyed it the most (at least up until and after the Triforce Quest)
