Ok this is the same setup as the first popularity poll and same length of time to vote. (to DEC 31) So get voting!

Note: I removed the "other" option to avoid screw ups if I decide to add any more os or programming options to this poll. So if it isn't on there post it and I will add it as fast as possible so you can vote for it too.
