Ok, uhh... I'll admit, at first I
thought it was a pretty cool idea.
But, it just isn't
practical.
See, I tried to add my SSB:NES to the completed projects, uhh, "list".
But there's a problem. This form that you fill out requires and allows only ONE download.
What about my two support versions? One game ver. runs only on windows XP or older, and one is Vista compatible.
And I'm not saying you should change the whole system simply because of my one game, but I'm sure this will cause people much hassle and grief in the future with other project too...
And I'm always updating my game, with newly discovered bug fixes, and new "content packs" with more characters and stages. But if I have an upload on here, people who discover it and download from here will always be playing the old version, and not the new. That's why wherever I posted the game, I always just linked to
http://www.ssbnes.com/ rather than posting a direct download, so people could just go to my site and get the latest version.
So when uploading my game to here, I just put the file's weblink as a link to my homepage, no idea how that'll work out.
