I need a page that constantly refreshes.

Yeah, call me crazy, but I do.
I need some sort of web page that just refreshes once every 10 seconds, or something a little bit faster.
Why? Because I never have a fully stable connection, and if something constantly runs, I believe it'll increade the chances of me not getting lagged out.
Could someone just upload something like that for me on a cheap site?
