I've been playing with Game Maker for more than 4 years,but I never understood how programming really works until they started teaching programming at school.So I decided to take my millionth shot on making a Zelda game.I had planned the story and weapons and other small things  about two years ago.

I just wanted to show you what I've done so far.I can't promise I will be active on it,especially since I give my graduation tests in a month.
So here's a link with the screenshots and the demo to download.I hope you like it.

Here are the default controls:

P :Pause the game
Move Up:Up Arrow Key
Move Down:Down Arrow Key
Move Left:Left Arrow Key
Move Right:Right Arrow Key

Weapon1:X key
Weapon2:Z key
Sword:C key
Action Button:Space
Menu Button:Enter

Also some test thingies:
A:increase health
Z:decrease health
S:increase hearts
X:decrease hearts

Q:increase magic meter
W:decrease magic meter
E:increase magic points
R:decrease magic points

M:Toggle showing of messages

A Storm in the Desert:
cloudsquall, your files aren't there. Neither opening the links directly or saving them gets me to a file.

It seems to only work when using Internet Explorer to download. I have no idea why Firefox didn't work.
