How do you draw in MC style?

How do you draw and shade in MC style? And what about LttP style? How many colors do you use, how bright? How many shades for each color? What are the differences between the two?

you use the color palletes and you base it off other sprites i guess.  Well thats what i would do anyway =)

search for a general spriting tutorial, its just like you have to sprite... then use colors and object sizes from nintendo sprites...

Ok, in lttp-style, use 2 shades per bodypart (not necessarily though). You can also use palettes, which can be found in the "Palettes"-topic. Don't know anything else :/
