Title: MYSTERIOUS TIMER
Post by: Fox on January 14, 2009, 06:59:19 am
Hello ZFGC I woke up today and my friend linked me to this:

http://www.mmv.co.jp/special/game/30/

What is this, and why is the timer going to reach zero in about eight days?

DO YOU KNOW?

I DONT THINK SO.

It's the countdown to the Apocalypse!!  :o

Seriously though it is some game from Marvelous Entertainment Inc.

There's a Triforce near the top of the clock, so it's obviously the new M rated Zelda directed by Suda51. :P

Touch me that's like sex. M rated??!?! Suda51?!?!??? Oh man... I can't wait to see where this goes. So far, I've seen some good things from Suda51(good example, No More Heroes). Hopefully this will open Zelda to a better opportunity to escape Miyamoto's repetitiveness and actually have something interesting going on. Although, Zelda games are still fun to play regardless of it being repetitive; somehow it mysteriously feels like a new adventure each time, come to think of it O_o.

Harvest Zelda?

What the hell could Marvelous Entertainment be doing with the Triforce logo >_>?

Probably nothing Zelda-related! My guess is something triangle-related.

:O More like HARVEST HOFFY. I don't get it, though. Why the "triforce" and what's up with the random feather lol.

Since we're here, we might as well mention this Sega teaser:

http://pole.sega.jp/

Hey, there's a mushroom.  I guess Sega must be making a Mario game with that newfangled blast processing of theirs.

But the thing is, the Triforce is not always the Triforce.  Exhibit A:

I used that brand of skis when I went skiing. With the Triforce on my side, I didn't think I'd stack so much.

Stacked I did.

It is Zelda related

but it won't be about a new game.

3 triforces. 3 pieces.

Obviously it's the long awaited sequel to Zelda 2, Zelda 3.

3.3.3 - It all makes sense.

My friend says there were speculations that that is a sign that Mario will be confirmed for Brawl.

But the thing is, the Triforce is not always the Triforce.  Exhibit A:

!@#$% YEAH. I KNEW I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO SAW THAT.

It is Zelda related

but it won't be about a new game.
You shut your !@#$% mouth I want to believe

slightly off topic... i can make a triforce shadow puppet with my hands ^_^
Nobody cares.
Also, Babelfish translated the caption of the site to this:

"乞 [ u] expectation!"

Screw you Babelfish.

But the "乞" at the beginning is apparently Chinese for "Begging".

So running the Japanese for "Begging" along with the rest through Babelfish again returns this.

"The expectation which you ask and question densely! "

Well that sure is conclusive!

The clock of a mystery appears in the Marvelous Entertainment official site! A new game minces the new time. --

that's what the description says, if my engrish translator is right.

well idk bout yall, but the clock reminds me of  clock tower for some reason.

after looking at the clock flow, i belive the game will be time based, time ravel, time power and the such, maybe the triforce represents, past present future.

Each piece of wood is also a triangle, and the feather reminds me of a phoenix's feather, though the color of, say a peacock.

The object as a whole, could be giant, and act as a shandilier. maybe small as a necklace, or maybe a simple door knocker.

idk thats my take on it ^_^

Maybe it's Kazooie's feather?

Maybe they're making Zelda-Kazooie?

And maybe Link will be forced to make vehicles at Navi's Motors in Clock Town, with minimal action/adventuring elements and a large focus on driving and so forth.

I'm making myself sick :x

<meta name="description" content="謎の時計がマーベラスエンターテイメント公式サイトに登場! 新しいゲームが、新たな時を刻む…。" />
It's riddle time at Marvelous Entertainment's official site! A new game will "kizamu" a new time...

"kizamu" being: to mince; to carve; to engrave; to cut fine; to chop up; to hash; to chisel; to notch

The title: "乞うご期待!" is: "Your chance to ask!"

Seems like (language wise): "A new game will mark the passage of/engrave a new time" or... "A new game will let a new time pass" ... or something lol
(The 'A new game will "kizamu" a new time' bit)

Erm, in more understandable English, maybe: "A new game will go down in history" ?

Either way, I guess they're just hyping the game to be something good >_< lol

Maybe :P

And http://www.cc2.co.jp/new/index.html seems to of run out of days lol (It's currently just "COUNTDOWN [space where a number should go] DAYS")

If that holds true, then try to remember this:

Ah? Ah? A new game will cave a new time [of playing the vidya]? And the stupid-ass hint-system?

I DO BELIEVE WE GET TO SEE A NEW ZELDERN

Just kidding, I don't know. Take it as you wish.

Click on the SEGA timer's letters. :o

Looks like a Wii baseball game. But instead of actually playing baseball, you just catch the ball. SOUNDS FUN

And it doesn't just end here.

THIS JUST IN. SEGA CONFIRMED A NEW TITLE FOR THE WII.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.

Edit: Oh god, I'm sorry but

the game

actually looks like fun. Especially for Wiiware.

CUTE CHARACTER DESIGN

HOW CAN THIS BE.

Looking at this one: http://pole.sega.jp/

Clicking the letters and all that stuff reminds me of something; Mario Paint.

I mean, yes three of them bring you to different games, but clicking P plays a song, clicking the mushroom plays a sound (also clicking Sega plays the SEGA thing). I could be over thinking it but Mario Paint Wii would be awesome as hell.
