It's hard to belive you're using those high-poly models in your game... I guess that you've lowered the poly count, though, right?
I'm also making a game using WW models, but I'm using pre-render psuedo-3Dness, and not the high-quality 3D that yours is.
Looks like we'll have a few 3D Zelda fangames at z3 next year...
