I made this in Flash last quarter as my final project. Originally, I was going to make a chess editor (you may hear more about that later), but I didn't know flahs well enough, so at the last moment, I ditched that and made this instead.

It's really really simple. You know how in many RPG's, they have parts where you slide around on ice and have to get to a certain point? That's basically this game, only, you're not on ice, you're just sliding. You move with the arrow keys.

There are two other things you can do:
1) space destroys all red blocks within a radius of one from the player
2) shift restarts the level.

So, that's about that. The game itself is about 400 lines of code, and that includes the levels, which are stored in arrays - shows how simple this is. I'm only posting it for one reason, and that's that everyone I've shown it to has had trouble with level 5 (the last level), so I'm posting it here to challenge you to try and beat it.

For the two or three of you that play this, if you pass level five, awesome.

woot, I won!  Cool game, simple yet addictive.  I do agree, that last level is tough.  I eventually got it though, and here's proof:

Why not just show the victory screen? Maybe you just opened that up in pain and moved the little head! I'm onto you and your little scheme ??_??...

j/k It was pretty good for something so short. If you amped up the graphics and added more levels, this would be totally awesome!

I could add more levels if I felt like it, it only takes about an hour a level (laying it out on graph paper, inputting the array, playtesting, debugging), but I don't really have much drive for it, and most of my levels would end up being like level 5 in the end, and they would get predictable. As for graphics, I can't sprite, so this is about as good as it gets :P

Thanks for all the positive feedback though guys. Even though I still claim that this is the worst game in the history of ever. XD.

I'm glad that dantheman beat it quickly, half of my classmates and Swift and Berni all asked me if the last level was even possible, so now you guys know for a fact that it is XD

Here's the plan:
You need to gain acsess to water boots somewhere in the level to swim over the water, and flame boots to be able to walk over flames, etc etc!
I'm smart :P

Yes, I know that it's sort of similar to chips challenge, a couple of my classmates made that comment while I was making it :P
