What are some good Action-Adventure or RPG games...

So I know of a few:

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
The Hobbit
Tomb Raider: Legend
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Fable: The Lost Chapters

Any other really good ones that I should be made aware of?

Well...:
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Half Life 2 if that counts (great game)
Starwars Knights Of The Old Republic (amazing RPG)

Yes, but the first is better.  Though I think the first is shorter... I still reccomend the first ;)

I never played the first KOTOR, but the second one was nice, I did 5 playthroughs in two weeks.

It has several bugs but its definatly worth it, but if your PC can run it, Elder Scrolls 4 is definatly the best ever.

I'm not sure if The Hobbit belongs on your list; I heard it wasn't very good. :-\ The Lord of the Rings games might be good.

The Hobbit is excellent.  I've almost beaten it (second to last level w00t ^_^), but it's a semi-linear platformer.  But it's excellent ;)
