Personally, I love soundtracks... but it !@%$s me off when I'm realizing that I've just gotten less than half of the music from the movie, and some of my favorite parts are always cut out. But there are two soundtracks that didn't disappoint me...
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace - Ultimate Edition
This is inclusive of more than 120 minutes of music from the movie (in order unaltered, etc., etc.), and even has some music that was never heard. A great 2 CD set, and I really wish they did the same with Episode III (and I'm not sure as to whether they did something similar with the original trilogy... because I think that had 2 discs as well for each film... any insight on that?).
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - The Complete Recordings
This is inclusive of more than 180 minutes of music from the Extended edtion. Also includes never before heard parts of certain songs (like intros to tunes that were heard in the movie), so no "deleted songs" per se, but it had bits of songs that we never heard. I can't wait until Two Towers, and ROTK are released! Apart from the three CDs it has a DVD which features the more than 180 minutes of music in Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound and 48 KHz and 24 bits.
