Has anyone here tried Freenet yet?
  It's an experimental kind of p2p network that'd been in development a long time, and the basic goal is to have the capability to have fully anonymous and uninterrupted freedom of speech on the net.  It's decentralized, it works well, and there are reports of it working in places like China where net use is restricted.  I'm trying to get it to run on my computer right now w/ a few small obstacles (faulty JVM it looks like, perhaps I should reinstall java). 
  Anyone else who uses Fnet, perhaps we can exchange node info?  I need to add some to connect still.

Entertainment / Nine Inch Nails - Year Zero

Just curious how many others have heard NiN's new album Year Zero yet.  For those who weren't aware of it, it gets released next week, but it was leaked last week after several listening parties.  It's a concept album that tells a story taking place in a dystopia in the future that the world has turned into, in 2022 (referred to as Year 0000, when the date system is reset).  Since February there's been a huge Alternate Reality marketing campaign revealing parts of the story one by one, with a few songs intentionally leaked along with clues, site urls, other mp3s, etc.  If you're interested the story so far and how they've revealed it, check this site:

I've been following it since it started on the Echoing the Sound forums and it's realy developed.  There are going to be more clues and sites opened even after the album hits shelves, and according to Trent himself, there will be a second part to the concept album.  I've heard the leaked copy, and I've gotta say it's amazing.  You can hear refined bits from all his other albums in there along with the new direction he's taken.  Lookin forward to the album's release so I can buy it.     Anyone else have opinions to offer on it?
