Wtf has happened?

EDIT: Now that all this retarded flabby cat !@#$% is gone, I can understand what peope wrote.

Why would you be worried that it is too easy when all of the other Metroid games are nearly too hard to be enjoyable?  Games that make you frustrated wouldn't seem very fun to me at all, but I guess if you want to go on a tantrum and pull all your hair out, go ahead.

I figured I'd get something fun out of this when I bought it, not a game that'd take me a year to get through or have to resort to a guide to find anything.

*COUGH* I've played EVERY metroid in existence and beaten every one of them Including MP3 and Metroid Prime 1 isn't as hard as you make it out to be, IMHO it is actually one of the easier ones with Metroid and Prime 2 being the harder ones.

MP3 is kind of neutral either you're good at it or you're not. It depends on the players ability to utilize the Wii-Mote on MP3. Prime 1 can be insanely easy if you know what you're doing, Hell there are ways to Skip half of the "backtracking" in Prime.

So if anyone is the noob here I'm sad to say it's you Eater. I beat Prime 1 in 14:56 on my first play through mainly because I tend to scan everything in sight the first time through a Prime game. My average time for a Prime game is 5:30

Zelda and Metroid are two COMPLETELY different games with totally different mechanics and as such are not to be even mentioned in the same sentence when comparing game play similarities thus throwing your argument down the tubes. I've played Most of the Zelda series and, as they out number Metroid, are vastly different from one another in difficulty.

The only Metroid that was too hard to be enjoyable was the original NES Metroid (and that's MY opinion, I'm not stating it as fact). :/

Metroid II was hard for me (still is, since I'm still TRYing to beat it...)

After M2, the rest of 2D Metroid games have had a decent difficulty.

No, it isn't !@#$%.  It should be obvious that Echoes is easier than Prime.

And Metroid and Zelda have a lot in common, although that wasn't what I was trying to say.  Regardless of what genre each game is, Zelda is a whole lot easier.

Eater you speak nothing but BS Echoes is by far the hardest Metroid game aside from the original. I'm sorry to be so blunt but it's true.

Zelda has always been easier BUT each Zelda game has a different difficulty level. and know other than the fact that you move around and open doors Metroid and Zelda do NOT have anything in common

It simply isn't true.  How could I get through Echoes without having to go rant about it, while I have to do so now?

Let's see...

-You have to beat mini-bosses and bosses to progress through the games

-You also need to search for items and upgrades that will help you solve puzzles

-Both have free roaming to almost any extent

-Heart Containers and Energy Tanks.  Nuff said.

-Neither of the main characters really say anything

-Dark World and Dark Aether?  ::)

-To go with the above, Dark Link and Dark Samus

Really, the only differences are the amount of NPCs in the game, the way the game is controlled, and of course the difficulty.  If we were talking only about the storyline or music, there wouldn't be as much in common.

I haven't been able to beat MP1...
My memory card destroyed my MP1 savefile. *cries* I was by this frozen place... Haven't placed since. Heck, the only reason why I'm playing RE4 (almost beat then... *memory card: "I FEELZ lyk reFromattin meself*) is because my sister likes to watch me play. I make her do my chores.  8) (not really...)

Lulz, I admit I had a BIT of trouble on my first play through, ONLY because I couldn't find the Grapple beam <.< Found it in a rather obvious place XD that room with the piller and 2 power troopers and a wave trooper toward the top with terminals in random places that you needed to bomb to line up the Spider ball tracks. <.< It was at the top... behind an Ice Beam door...

EDIT:
Other than the things you said, the games are still more different than alike. For example Does link swing from object to object with the clawshot/hookshot? NO he needs two clawshots and it's impossible with the hookshot. Samus has this capability out of the gate. Can Link wall jump? No, can Link "Space Jump" No, can he use the screw attack? No, can he Jump seemingly impossible gaps with out assitance? there is such  a long list that I'm not willing to post all of it because I would exceed the Char count 3 times over.

Oh and Comparing two games from different genres altogether is simply stupid to begin with and only shows Ignorance. It's like saying Pac Man is better than Mario. They are both great games FOR THERE GENRES and are not be compared.

No, it's not stupid to compare the two.  Would you call me ignorant if I liked oranges more than I like apples?  If you would, you're the one who is an idiot.  I can like oranges because of their taste, and I can think Zelda games are easier because I've completed all but Phantom Hourglass without many problems.  And Mario is better than Pacman for so many reasons.

EDIT: Anyway, I was finally able to defeat that stupid Omega Pirate once I started ignoring the smaller enemies it called, and then, somehow, I completely pwned Meta Ridley;  by the time I got it to stay on the ground, it had only taken one energy tank from me.  But after that it took nearly half my life before I was able to kill it.  I think I'll be taking a small break before I decide to go further.

Checkmate?

Anyway, the stupid Fission Metroids kept pissing me off and it seemed like there wouldn't be an end to them, so eventually I just tried to ignore them and found my way to Metroid Prime.  I kept fighting it until Subchamber 4 or whatever that room is called, but then died because the freaken ice beam funking sucks, so I just gave up and stopped playing.

I then preceeded to sell both TP and True Crime: Streets of LA so I could rebuy MP2, so I could try to actually finish it rather than just getting to fight the Alpha Blogg.  So far I got to Dark Agon Wastes, and it IS in fact a lot easier than MP1.
