Retro was added into the game very late in developement, thus, he had no real role.
Except, well, being an easter egg.
And about getting crappy ratings... Hmm, let me think... >_<
All I can think of right now is the following:
-Spray people in the face with paint durring the training where you shoot those ball things.
-Press "R" durring fist fight to pull out your gun.
-When in jail, and Narion comes and talks to you, walk down against the bars where he is to accept his bail.
-When you get out of jail, and are in the city, run down to the woods without checking up on the warehouse.
Also, another main story-changer is when you have the option to go get the mines that Drewdelz
(me) left at the CB base or go kill cops in the city. When that time comes, go to the city FIRST.
By now, if you're playing pretty dirty, you should be able to tell by the message you say to yourself while "
on a walk". It'll be different depending on how you've played.
