Close? The Wii has like half as many votes as the PS3.  :'(

EDIT 2: I think I broke it. I voted for Wii so many times eventually the poll reset.

I realized that too, after voting for the Wii like a dozen times.

As for Wii and PS3 being close, the polls fluctuates so much, it's usually one or the other. It's hardly ever any of the other platforms, although I have seen PSP and DS gain the lead once or twice before.

Looks like Wii is about double of PS3 right now. :) I hope it is for the Wii. A 3D MMBN-esque game would kick so much ass.

Am I like the only person who still thinks the best Megaman games were X and X2...(Maybe X4)?

I made a macro that would clean my cache and vote for Wii every thirty seconds. it got up to having 1002 votes for Wii, but then I think it reset or something.

EDIT: Ok, who created a macro for PS3 to counter my macro?

I haven't played X4 but I agree that X and X2 are the best. They're what got me hooked on the series, but I was disappointed when the other games weren't as good :P

I hope it'll be 2d again... The 3d Megaman Xs just didn't have the same feel.

Oh and they need a soundtrack as good as X6. Seriously, X6's soundtrack was really good.

I'm voting for a Megaman Legends, I want a Legends 3. I'd love to have another classic Mega Man or X game, but I'm afraid they'd do it all wrong. Inafune wants to do a 3rd Legends game, but he said it would cost $15 million to fund and develop on a next gen console. I figure it would be cheaper on the Wii, because the expectations for the graphics isn't as high as it is for the 360 or PS3. (And would look good cell shaded, or just with basic colors like Zack and Wiki :D)

Also there's that fact that he wants to do Legends 3, so you can imagine the improvement in quality by doing what he wants instead of doing sequels of battle network games.

I just realized that something was wrong with the translation of the poll I made. I translated the names, but It didn't make any sense to me why the icons were of all the female characters of each series. It turns out i forgot to translate:

"In Rock man series, who's your favorite heroine?" or something like that.

The poll I thought I was voting for had been two polls before the platform poll. "Continuation?” The Mega Man X series won. I'm fine with that, but I just don't see it being good after what they did with x7 and x8.

Exactly! When Megaman X went 3d, it just lost what it meant to be Megaman X...

If they just used sprites again, it could capture the feel it had again, but they probably won't do that... Just imagine how high-quality the sprites could be!
