Recruitment / Strange Request -- help finding my projects from 2007
« on: September 04, 2016, 04:39:36 am »
Hey what's up ZFGC,

I used to come on here a lot...a long, long time ago. That would have been about 9 years ago! ha ha The thing is, that I made a bunch of projects back then that meant a lot to me, but I changed computers so many times that I lost them all. I wanted to see if there was anybody that still had these demos. Some of this stuff is from before the cakefarts administration, so I won't be surprised if it's gone forever.

http://zfgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=18642.msg199753#msg199753 = The Legend of Zelda: Blade of Mirrors
http://zfgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=30997.msg347377#msg347377 = When Friends Attack!
http://zfgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=30675.msg343283#msg343283 = Comic Mischief!

They are probably lost in the sands of time, but if you do, that would mean so much to me to get them back and try playing them again, and maybe I could show my future kids. Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot.

I've never played it either so, surprise surprise, I won't give an opinion on it.

Why is he kind of cut off? Did you draw the whole character?

OH MY GOD. I would make fun of his geekiness, but the major aspect is how much money that costs. I don't care if he's a super WoW nerd, how do you even afford that?
See title. "!@#$%"
LOL I really wonder where he gets his business.

Ha ha, yeah, write about all of them cuz Nintendo is terrible at everything and has never produced a good game...ever!

Or, people could actually tell you bad games to help you with your writing. But you know, it's fun to say Nintendo sucks around here.

Oh, and it might be cliched, but Superman 64 is the easiest to write about.

*Burns topic after reading

I've seen a couple Ads for it, I think it might be out now down here. It looks alright... explain the plot for me.
I don't want to spoil the plot, because honestly it is really hard to explain. Just take our word and go see it.

Actually, I think it's one of the funniest shows on TV. Unlike the Simpsons, King of the Hill has retained a focus on plot and character while still delivering the laughs. It's not a gag a minute, but the comedy is there.
I agree completely. I wouldn't say that King of the Hill is the funniest show on TV, but they do definetly deliver funny material without doing the "gags" that Family Guy, The Simpsons, etc. rely on.

Debates / Re: Vice Presidential Debate
« on: October 08, 2008, 12:56:29 pm »
American elections take too long. And they're so predictable as well, McCain will try to rig the election, but end up being so stupid that Hilary Clinton will get in.
Are you stupid or just misinformed?

I was really gunning for Mccain up until he took the choice of Sarah Palin as his VP. I know that she was just put in there so that there wouldn't be two old white men on the ticket. He had to find SOME female, and he just chose one. I don't know if that's true, but with the way she talks and acts I would be surprised if it wasn't.
Anyway, did anyone catch the presidential debate yesterday? I missed it.

ZFGC, the place where Zelda !@#$% Go Cry. Bash it all you want, and bash each other, but you have to admit it's a good game.
I don't think anyone really thinks its bad because it's not on a nintendo console. I think we've moved past that, well most of us, anyway.

I do think this looks really, really, cool.

Honestly, show me a funnier animated movie and I will applaud you. I haven't seen one in all of my years of movie watching.

The characters were well thought out, and actually *gasp* funny, which made this appeal to not just children. It's kind of like Spongebob, in that it isn't just childhood funny, but funny funny.

I don't want to alarm anyone, but I have heard that the Japanese have a rare specimen of racoon in a secret base. They call it a "Tanuki". I've heard things about it...terrible, terrible things.

Exhibit A:

Not only does it look something like a bush held up by a series of trunks, but it is clearly lower than that ledge.  And that is a tiny ledge.

If that's a tree, I'm Martin Van Buren.
How is it a tiny ledge if Link can't climb it?
