I find it very unlikely anybody has heard of or will like the weird stuff I listen to, but I'd recommend:

Ghost Keys - ISIS (or anything else off their newest album, Wavering Radiant. Really good stuff, as is their older stuff as well.)

Dim - Cult of Luna (or, again, anything by Cult of Luna)

The Hazards of Love - The Decembers (The whole album, not just one song, you have to have the whole experience in this case!)

Checksum - From Monument of Masses (or anything from their newest album)

This Land - Mammiffer (or anything from them, it's really odd experimental classical/post metal fusion stuff, I can't even describe it it's that weird)

I could go on, but I won't!

As did I, when they came to Salt Lake City. It was an absolutely AMAZING show, they are insanely good live.

Yeah, I went having only heard a couple of their songs before-- it was my first metal show actually (I don't really listen to much metal), and it was fuckin' awesome. Some shitty band and then Pelican played before them (Pelican was !@#$% awesome), and then it was a great show-- everybody was fuckin moshin' like crazy-- my glasses broke, lulz

Was a fun show, i downloaded Wavering Radiant a couple of weeks ago now :)

Pelican is really good, I love them too, sadly they weren't touring with ISIS once they got to Salt Lake. I wish I could have seen them.

Eric and Rakim split up so I kinda forgot about Eric. :P Anybody who's really into Hip Hop knows Rakim though.
I had heard from Black Sheep before but never listened to their stuff.
I know Outkast, Andre's voice is a bit disturbing sometimes, though. :P
A Tribe called Quest, same as with Black Sheep, heard about it before but never checked it out.

By the way, here's another one.

Mobb Deep feat. Rakim and Big Noyd (I don't know that guy came from D:)

Heres the youtube for the one I posted earlier,

Ain't Got Nothing (To Go Wrong)
by Dead Meadow

(you gotta listen to the end! the last few minutes are fuckin intense)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKHcEIfLtOk" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKHcEIfLtOk</a>

The song doesn't really start until after 2:00 into the video, but give it a listen :)
EDIT: If you can 'acquire' it, I suggest getting the album, Old Growth-- i like the studio version better.

btw <3 Del
