Great to hear. This is my favorite 3D Zelda project, second only to Flying Rooster (which is an abandoned project). Your models are superior to FR though, and I expect that I will like this more than FR, once it's gotten further along. And I'm really glad you stuck with the smaller Link, even though the bigger Link looks awesome, I can see that the smaller one definitely does work much better than the bigger one would.
I also realized that you're using Game Maker with Ultimate3D. I've messed around with U3D before. If used properly, it can pull off some pretty nice stuff, even though it is a bit dated. The things that impressed me most about it were the speed of the dynamic shadow casting and the shader capabilities. I almost went the U3D route with a project I'm working on, but I decided against going with U3D because it only has a few things I'd need, it is a bit dated, and I could not sell a project that uses U3D, but for a 3D fan game being programmed with Game Maker, it seems like a good choice.
