No it wouldn't. It would completely destroy the harmony that is Majora's Mask.

Why is that? Is it because "Oh my god Twilight Princess is so stupid, waggle is so dumb get rid of it nintendo you're the worst company in the world!!!!!!!!!".

The graphics of Twilight Princess, ESPECIALLY in the Twilight Realm would fit amazingly nice with Majora's Mask, especially the atmosphere that was given off during the final hours. If just that alone could be given off from N64 graphics, imagine that with much prettier graphics. I wouldn't even mind the Twlight Princess controls (Wii version) if they decided to throw them in.

I swear I posted in this topic... anyways, Majora's Mask, preferably in Twilight Princess style.

Entertainment / Why oh why is Jay Leno still around?
« on: January 14, 2010, 11:23:18 pm »
So I'm sure some of you have heard of this on going stuff with Leno/Conan and NBC. If not to put it short; Leno's show did bad, 'they' want to put him back in his old time slot basically, Conan doesn't want that because he thinks it will hurt The Tonight Show so he quit.

Anyways now Leno has The Tonight Show back (deal signed today) after leaving it and handing it off to Conan, who didn't even get a chance to break it in for himself and gain himself a bigger audience.

Why is Jay still around? He's not funny, and rarely ever has been. There was a reason for his show doing bad. Conan is hilarious, appeals to a much younger audience, therefore bringing in more ratings for NBC.

Oh NBC, how you've failed me.

As troll as it seems for me to say it as it's my only opinion on the game, Bayonetta is nothing but Fan Service. Close up body shots, slow motion, sexual poses, etc.

I'm not going to make any assumptions about Zelda Wii until I see something more than "THE GIRL IS THE SWORD". I heard a lot of hate towards Twilight Princess, and having started playing it (going onto third dungeon) I absolutely love it so far.

The only thing I'm not sure on is the whole Twilight Princess apparently being the last of Zelda we see in it's current state or something.

DJ gifted me it before it came out <3 (pre-order) and while he didn't end up liking the game, I loved it. I used to play all the time with Swoftu (still do from time to time), but it's kind of lost it's edge, to me at least. As of the last few updates, it's been ruined. They basically ruined the balance of the game, and the coders lurk the tripwire forums with their heads up their ass. Lost respect for them as a developer.

Also this: http://i49.tinypic.com/1tu7gi.pngg <- Basically sums up the game, or at least how it used to be. Still fun with some bros though.

How long until we get Halo: Legend of the Lost Master Chief's Daughter: The Movie: The Game: The Book?

I liked the first Halo game. Played a bit of 2. Played a bit of 3's multiplayer at a friends house. I liked those as well, though not at much.

ODST was just the first stepping stone to a massive milking. Reach is next, then the movie. Oh wait they also have the anime coming out. I suppose it's already half way milked to death. Trading cards and Christmas Ornaments are next I suppose.

Seriously, how many spin offs of the story do they need. I suppose two isn't that bad, some good games had good 'side expansions' (see Half-Life: Opposing Force and Blue Shift), but really, anything beyond these (Anime, Movie, etc) is just milking it.

I'm watching Medabots right now, really early in so I'll be on it for a while.

I'm planning on watching Spice and Wolf and Bakemonogatari next. A few friends told me both are good and I mean, Spice and Wolf has Horo. |3c

They aren't going to release a "patch" adding dedicated servers.

The game's already been hacked and there's been code found in the game for dedicated servers, and they've been enabled for pirated versions and it works fine.

Activision's plan is to release Priced DLC, such as maps and new gamesmodes (some of which have been found by hackers), and probably as well as dedicated server support somewhere down the line.

I still find it hard to believe people support Activision.

Still waiting for Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI :(

For now I'd have to say I have no solid choice, there are many games on there I love, and there are many I'd love to see.

To be fair when it comes to multiplayer gameplay not much has changed in the FPS world since the times of Goldeneye.

Every multiplayer FPS game is
Goldeneye + Shiny new graphics + Approximately Two random extra features

More like every FPS multiplayer is Quake. Goldeneye isn't that great and I find it HIGHLY overrated. The controls were also horrid.

Though, from your post, it seems you haven't played much Multiplayer FPS aside from Goldeneye and other console FPS.

I want a future war. Not as *futuristic* as Halo, but between that and modern day.

I don't like dissidia because they made cloud WAY to emo :/

That's like saying Final Fantasy 10 was ground breaking.

Faked his death to boost ticket prices to a concert he can't host because he's 'dead' and faking your death is a crime?

Blah blah 360 sucks. Blah blah PS3 has no games. etc etc. Typical fanboy nonsense.

I'm never buying a Valve game for anything other than the PC ever again. Foolish mistakes will not be made twice. :P

Why not? They did nothing wrong with the 360 copy of Orange Box. Infact, the 360 version of HL2/Ep1 are superior, graphics and engine wise compared to their PC counterparts, simply because they upgraded both to the Orange Box engine. Though the PC version of the Orange Box is still superior, especially if you can max them out. /pcfanboy

Team Fortress 2 on 360 isn't being updated because Microsoft likes to make companies charge for DLC, and Valve doesn't like that at all, as well as they've already hit the limit for DLC they can release IIRC. If I recall, they're waiting till they finish all the class updates then plan on releasing it for 360 along with all the fixes and updates that have been applied to the PC version.

Same deal with Left 4 Dead, which is why they've released the "Game of the Year" edition for PC and 360. That and they've hit the achievement limit or something.

As for the PS3 version of Orange Box, it wasn't ported by Valve, it was ported by EA, which is why it's horribly done, mixed with the whole "harder to develop for" deal.

That's what John Carmack said anyway. Said it was "...three times more difficult than anything else they've developed for..." and that it was unnecessarily difficult :P

Valve was also another developer that said that it was stupidly difficult to develop for.

I'd love to bring the Character Competition back for this Winter, while it probably wouldn't be the next contest, it would be great to have again.
