You can even add some tuffs of grass and pots throughout Clocktown that aren't normally there. That would also help add to the GB feel. And possibly use the railings around a few things.  

About the palette, there should be one floating around here. What the best thing to to is just pull colors off the official maps. Do you have the map for OoS or OoA? If so, just sample colors off of those. It makes my life a whole lot easier. The best map to use is OoS "Default" map. That will have areas with all of the seasons included and it gives you a broad selection of colors and palettes to choose from.

The town looks nice, but if you want to put in all the NPC's that clock town has, then the map is definitely to small. Link has just barely room to move himself, but with other NPC's it is going to be crowded.
