Pandora's Battery question.

Okay so here's the deal.

I'm planning on downgrading my brother's PSP. I can't find a battery anywhere, so can I use his? I heard that you can use it still afterwards as a normal battery as well.

Will it screw his psp up? WILL IT ASPLODE?

(I'd be making the battery with my PSP Slim CFW I guess)

Edit: Also, I don't have a 256mb memory card or anything, so could I just use his 2gb, turn it into the "magic" memory stick then use it as a normal memory card again?

Yes, and, yes.

As long as you make the battery with a CFW PSP and NOT hard mod it, you can turn it back to normal. (There should be an option on the pandora menu to restore it)

The mem stick can be used as normal, don't worry. (Just make sure you do not a mem stick for the slim, wait is your bro a fat or slim?)

Wait, since your bros is a fat, you need to hardmod it since you cannot pandorize it with a slim. sorry...

Makes it all so easy... But you'll need the 1.50 kernel... which I believe SLIMs cannot handle. :/

So wait if I want to do it without hard mod, what would I get? A fat battery or a slim battery?

No idea. Can't the SLIM use the fat battery as well? O_o

I don't think the slim can use a fat battery so you COULD try it, but I do not recommend it... >.>

I think it can... Yes, I definitely remember reading that it could somewhere...

Fat PSP's battery can work on Slims but not the other way around.
