Great Deku Palace, very inspiring, I wanna join the Deku!!!

Hyrule Field, brings back memories of me riding Epona on the beautiful Hyrule plains.

I got most of them on The Spriter's Resource. http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintendo/zelda/mc/
Many of them were made by our awesome spriter though, like Tingle and his animations. You'd have to talk to him if you wanted to use those.

I myself, although not being a spriter, made a lot of the sprites, too.

@Vaati: Not in this! I'll make it so that going underwater just blurs your view, but you can see through it! Kinda like that it turns the screen blue so you can tell you're underwater!

Yeah, great idea, I was about to think of that but then I just read what you said.

By the way, are you a professional gamemaker/developer?

I mean, do you know how to make your own sprites, storyline(I guess everybody can), etc?

I have a little bit of optimism, that you will at least make one full temple.

But, what will happen if you try to make the Water temple... in 2D?

How are you gonna make the underwater combat and everything else?

In 2D Zelda games when Link goes underwater you just see his shadow.

Yeah, I hope so, it's just that I'm freaking tired of everybody saying "I'm gonna a make OoT 2D" they just make a 1 or 2 temples and they later quit, even the pros quit making this game in 2D.

Well, at least get some users to help you out, if you don't want to end like the others and Dampe(No offense, Dampe)

It just gives you a guideline to use when creating your own sprites in the style of LttP (and other games).  Each game only used a certain number of colors for various aspects of the game (sprites in particular) so using the same colors that were used in the original game tends to improve the overall feel of the sprite.

If you want to name it "A Link To The Pat Advance" I sure recomend you to use Minish Cap sprites, tiles, backrounds, etc.

That way it will look like a GBA game, this one looks like a Gameboy Color, otherwise, your going great!

Instead of bashing every other console, do what Moldorma is doing and try another console. There's games that you WILL like, whether it's on a disc or downloaded from Live or PSN. Nintendo may have stuff you enjoy, but that's just the beginning.

Do emulators count?

Seriously... I love the Wii and not just because it's the latest Nintendo console. But simply because of the Nintendo games that get released on it. The only reason I planned on buying the next console of Nintendo was to be able to play the latest Nintendo games. It's nice when there are some good 3rd party games but it's not high in my priority list. And Nintendo has been good with the games they released on the Wii. I really enjoyed and still do with playing Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy to just name a few of the titles Nintendo released. And I'm aware of the games lineup the 360 and PS3 have and I know they have more good games on their consoles then the Wii!

But the big difference is that the 3rd party developers on the two other consoles are actually trying to create good games. While they release almost only crap on the Wii. And it would be nice if they wheren't so lazy and stupid but it seems they can't be helped. Although I can hardly care because I'm playing games on the Wii that where made with a lot love and care! And I'm 100% sure that I will buy the next console from Nintendo because they create exactly the games I love.

See, now there's a smart person.

Please tell me a GOOD reason why Wii sucks s**t, in my opinion Wii has the best games right after the Nintendo Gamecube.
You guys can't apprettiate what you have(Not that I'm against you).
