I enjoyed the golden sun series and thought about how great it would be to get the new installment on the ds, I just hope it will be replayable enough just like the others.

The only thing I don't get is if they will or will not implement the day/night feature again seeing as they left it out of the newer games because of the fact that kids had to stay up late for the features that occurred at the nighttime part of the game but I am not sure if this would really bother me though if left out.
Err, there was a day/night system in Diamond/Pearl >_>.

Well I never played diamond/pearl and I remembered some article for ruby and sapphire when it came out and they mentioned why they didn't include the day/night feature so I didn't think they would include it in diamond and pearl because of that reason.

Somewhere in between long and short would be my preference in how long i would like a game to be.

The background color for what exactly, i am assuming your using one of the tools in the vba emulators tool menu so do you mean the map viewer because i think its background color is actually coded into the program itself and cannot be changed but i am not exactly sure though.

Gold and Silver remake would get the Pokeportable tier up to the top again. They're the only two games not "remade", and they're one of the best generations.

I agree, i loved that series and Nintendo does not seem like they will remake it, unless it was planned to come out after the current series i just don't really know.

Tetris and Dr Mario.

Two Gameboy games that made my childhood one massive puzzle. Like Niek, I also recommend Pokemon Red or Blue, as well as Gold or Silver. And don't forget there were three very good Zelda games on Gameboy!

what about crystal.. that was a much better advancement on gold and silver with the battle tower and certain locations were changed a little bit, i still have mine around here somewhere.

other games that were great were the wario land and zelda oracle series. i loved those games, i replayed them quite a bit.

although i will still buy games for my wii (aslong as anything good comes out), i am leaning closer to the pc then anything else for most of my gaming but the only thing i don't like is the fact that windows live applies to the pc version of most xbox games as well, making it so you need to pay for a gold membership for online play, i can't afford both internet and that, also i am too used to playing online for free.

normally i would not care what kind of texture/shading is being used but for once i feel that using cell shading might limit how big and/or long the game, and i kind of prefer the original style to the cartoony style.
