Okay, TBS. They started doing their own shows, and failing miserably at them.

Their current listing of fail is---

Tyler Perry's House of Payne
The Bill Engvall Show
My Boys
and some other stupid shows

Now, because nobody watches those, they think it's funny to make advertisements that tries to categorize them with successful shows. In fact, the've had ads that say "If you liked Sex and the City, then check out My Boys!"; and now they have ads for their block of programs, and they start it with Family Guy, then go on to their stupid crap. Heres the clincher tho; they show "funny" clips of each show; well with THEIR shows, they show the funniest bits (which arent really that funny at all), and then they show an incredibly unfunny bit from the popular show.

it still is better than UPN.  Television stations with lack of viewers will do what you described, but those who are less observant will not see what you saw, so in that regard it is a brilliant marketing strategy.

Anyway, lol yes, it is 900x better than UPN... but at least UPN isn't spamarketing their own shows and replacing the timeslot for real, decent shows with their drivel...

And that House of Payne guy just looked retarded on the bus ad... :/ It was like that same guy shown three times, each with a different facial expression... When where he's like "ACK!!!", another where he's like "Yo, my diggydog, I'm cool!" and the last where he's like "Huh? This thing's on? Why didn't you tell me?!" ... Definitely not the best way to attract potential viewers...
