  Yes another program from the guy who brought you HTMLpad. PHPpad! It will support HTML, PHP, JS, XML, and CSS, but it will focus mostly on PHP. I plan on having a free version and a commercial version, the commercial will have all of the above plus more and cost around $30, right now I am drawing out designs for it and such.

yeh so i've seen, but there are lots of free ones that aren't very good, but the ones that you pay for are usually around $99, so if i make a really good one and sell it for $30, then people should buy it

well, i mostly plan on working on a free version, but after thats done i will probably make a much better version for 30$

... Sorry but judging by HTMLPad, there is no chance in hell of you selling it for that much. Best to start of simple and free.

Hell, look at my game (Crystalline River), we are spending tons of money on designing assets and I've spent years programming it - AND we are still charging only a very small fee ($15+) - AND the engine we programmed for it is free for non-commercial public use.
