oh wow, i had never heard of it until just now. is it in theaters, or straight to dvd, or what? i want...

I think it's straight to dvd, so yeah... It's Capcom's "Advent Children", both in memetic style and cheesy lets-make-a-sale cinematic tie in with a slightly overrated series :P

Either way, I don't like the visuals. I've never liked RE's cinematics personally, and this is like... a huge ass one...

I'm laughing that an FF7 fan calls another game series overrated. Pretty much the only thing I read on message boards nowdays is people crying about tank controls and how much they love RE4.

It's definitely not like Advent Children in that this movie actually has a plot. And in the interviews I've watched it seemed like the director actually wanted to write it to fit into the REniverse.

While watching the trailers however, It felt like I was taking a walk through uncanny valley.

Except I attacked FFVII as well. Swiftufail

You also said that you like the first 3 live action RE movies. Mammyfail
There's more then three?

when i looked it up, it said it was in theaters in japan and at some NYC film festival.

of course, fissure, if it hadnt been out in theaters, how would it have already been leaked to the net?

DVD or VHS screeners that companies send out. Theater quality is usually CAM, which is ungodly shitty a lot of the time. The leak of Degeneration is a DVD release.
I didn't know companies still sent out VHS screeners.

I thought it was cool how the robot masters that had human faces in the game are played by humans, and the ones that don't are CGI robots. I also like how they have the same actor playing both Mega Man and Proto Man. Wily's campy acting is hillarious and fits his character. Roll acts like a child because Dr. Light programed her that way. Also, it's Mega Man. If you found a way to make it not cheesy it wouldn't be Mega Man anymore. :P

PSP, PS3, iPod, new computer... What? I don't expect to get all of them, only one or two.

fucken taking to long for this to load :(

gotta be a torrent somewhere :(
Seeing as it just went up a couple hours ago to stream, and before that it was only shown to some people who won a contest, I don't think there are any torrents. Give it a few days and there probably will be though.

EDIT: Updated the top post with the other two specials, One Piece and Letter Bee.

For Shonen Jump's 40th anniversary, they had a bunch of animated specials made for various anime, and one of them was Dragon Ball! The special is now streaming online, and will be available until the 31st of January! All three Specials even have English subtitles!

Click on Download Browser and install and launch it. After launching it click on Watch this anime on the above link, and it will start streaming in the Jump browser. Enjoy! :D

EDIT: Guess I should mention there's a One Piece special too.

And one for something called Letter Bee, which I've never heard of.

(Microsoft won't let anyone under 18 download demoes or trailers of M rated games, even if they don't have parental controls, dunno why.)
Couldn't possibly be because you're under 18.
But I don't have parental controls on. I can play an M-rated game, but I can't download a trailer or demo of the same game. Tell me how that makes sense in any way.

I made an avatar of the Xbox Kid for the account I use to download trailers and demos of M rated games. (Microsoft won't let anyone under 18 download demoes or trailers of M rated games, even if they don't have parental controls, dunno why.)

I think it looks pretty good for a fan-made film.

!@#$%, is this still going to be offered today, or is today when it ends?

Chain of Memories is actually my favorite title in the series. >_> It had the best story, characters, and I really liked the card system to the gameplay. Playing as Riku was awesome.

I've never even gotten all of the Jiggies in Banjo-Tooie. If it was Banjo-Kazooie I'd participate.

I used the Humba Wumba blueprint for a vehicle that has a weapon on it so I could just shoot the enemies that were attacking Clanker.

I loooooove the music in Banjo-Land, I wish somebody would rip it. Lots of nostalgia to be had on that level.

It's pretty fun if you get over the fact that it doesn't play like the original two games. You get access to one world (Banjo Land) with four Jiggies in it. Since it's only a demo, you can't get that many parts to make your own vehicle, but you can still do some cool things with just the parts provided in the demo.

In the latest build, Joker still whips out his prank gun, a "BANG!" flag unfurling. Unfortunately, you won't see the follow up of Joker shooting someone in the face; that actually happens off screen now, the headshot safely out of sight.

WTF?  That !@#$% is laaame.  Way to ruin something nice.
Apparently DC didn't want the game to be as violent as most Mortal Kombat games are.
