The special is now streaming online, and will be available until the 31st of January! All three Specials even have English subtitles! http://www.jumpland.com/animetour/db/index_en.html Click on Download Browser and install and launch it. After launching it click on Watch this anime on the above link, and it will start streaming in the Jump browser. Enjoy! Give it a few days and there probably will be though.
