At the moment I'm using Stickam.com for my webcam client for gaming events. I was wandering how would you code your own webcam client. Again this is just out of curiosity.

Easy, capture images using the cameras API then send it through a socket connection to the server.

...

Making it fast on the other hand would be dam hard.
