Basically Im working on the stats increase. Im stuck on the following
-Next Level Exp increase (How much is need for the next level)
-HP Increase
-MP Increase

Does anyone know the algorithms?

Google up Final Fantasy IV Game Mechanics. Usually Gamefaqs has a doc on stuff like that.
