Title: [DEMO] The Legend of Zelda: Epic Quest (Tentative Title)
Post by: Majoras_Wrath on May 27, 2007, 02:47:16 pm: IMPORTANT! Due to circumstances beyond my control, this game is only playable on Windows XP computers.

Story: As of this message, there is no story line (however as the game development progresses, I insert plot elements and hope they fit together.)
This game operates GB style, with slightly better graphics.

And for the record, this game will feel slightly OoT-ish. I tried mixing various elements from almost every zelda game to date (This demo has elemnts of OoT, TP (kind of), WW, and ALttP, the full version will have elemets from EVERY Zelda game to date ;))

Post by: NickAVV on May 30, 2007, 07:22:40 pm: It looks nice. Zelda Classic, but good enough. :P As for the screenshot, why put Forest Temple in Latin? Silva is cool, but templum doesn't sound good. And wouldn't it be Templum Silva with proper grammer?

I used that for the forest temple. Not a Tile set in the ZC sense, just a small set of tiles (a set of tiles suitable for making a dungeon as opposed to a set of tiles to make a whole quest with)
