Coding / Re: Need help with Link's movement
« on: July 16, 2007, 06:41:20 pm »
There's still one problem... I have no idea how to use the engines!
(You can see that I am bad at coding and stuff... ^^)

If someone could tell me how to use the engines I would be really happy :)

Ah! I got it! Thanks a lot!

Coding / Need help with Link's movement
« on: July 16, 2007, 06:12:32 pm »
I have heard about those engines, but I don't know how to use them, or anything.
So I need a code of some sort to make Link moving nicely, like in the real games. That Link moves when the key is pressed, and stops when it's not pressed.
I know this is a "noobish" question, but this problem has been with me since I started to use Game Maker!

Wow... That's pretty great. Wonder how much time that has taken?
Pretty much ^^

Awesome.

Wowchie! That's very good for me! Thanks =)
I will create some things on my own when I get home (I am at my dad now), but this is something I could never do ;) Thanks. I will credit you in the game, and others who will do something for me ^^

These are what I said you could do. Small pieces of the city. Great example, Kevin :) I will credit you in the game as a Kevin-1990?

Yeah, I know it's big... maybe I can use some parts of the walls in Minish Cap, and try to combine them as a Goron City.

I need it for my game, it has the Goron City :P
So, if anyone can do something, and as I said, any help is great! =)

Wow that map is awesome! I love the small puddle near the center of the map.
Keep up the good work!

Mod Edit: Well thats a pretty big bump we got here. Please next time don't bump topics that are over a month old unless they are your own and you have something to contribute. Thanks. - CA
Okay, I got it. I am new in here, so I didn't realize it was that old :-[ Sry. ~Gameboy

MC & FS / [Solved] Goron City MC-styled sprites!
« on: June 25, 2007, 05:37:58 pm »
So, I need some Goron City (Ocarina of Time) sprites, including the Darunia's room and others.
I would like normal sheet more than tileset, but if it's better for you to do a tileset, then it's OK too.
Any help is great!

Thanks, Gameboy~

It's http://spriters-resource.com from now on, if someone didn't know ;)
I need Zora and Goron sprites too, so if someone knows where to get them, I would be really happy!

Not bad, not bad ;)
The shading in the grounds near the explosion is great, good job!
By the way, my first post and hopefully not the last!
