I visited my local parliament building the other day and found this on one of the walls.

If you mean to say that there is a Triforce on the shield, then you're wrong.. look closely, you can see pieces of triangles surrounding the three complete ones :P

True, but this has been seen in other shields in Zelda. :P

I was just showing something I thought was cool, I'm not saying it has anything to do with Zelda other then looking like a shield from one of the games. :P

the "triforce" symbol didn't originate from zelda you know.  it's a very popular design worldwide, from long before zelda.

When I look at it, I automatically assume there's a Triforce there, but it's obvious that whoever designed that shield didn't do so with the intention that those 3 triangles would stand out. I think the designer would have been implying a triangle pattern instead.

Still, if I had noticed that I would have taken a photo, too. Don't think I would have posted it, though XP.

When I look at it.  I get the feeling that its supposed to be up-side-down(or right-side-up).  Like you took the picture, and then you just vertically rotated it...
But it's still cool :)
