Does anyone even have this game yet? I got my copy on October 2, 2007 because GameStop released it the day after it came out, which got me upset since they had it shipped in on October 1, 2007.

I got it along with Moldorma. So we can play WiFi with each other. It's awesome. I played it. Although the control is very nice, it gets a bit hard when you get the sword and are trying to pull levers, push blocks, and open locked doors without accidentally slashing them eight hundred times. But I think I will get used to it.

Yar I got it, only up to the first temple, bout 15mins into it. Controls a hell of a lot better than I thought it would and the Cel-shaded graphics suit it very nicely; I expect top realism out of a console, but for a handheld, it works well. Nice to see some 3D on my DS.

I got this yesterday
So far it's very good. Controls work well, but sword is kinda annoying at times, and rolling is very hard

I got a little further. I am liking the controls more and more. They are getting easy and fun. I beat the first temple. It has quite a pleasant moving plotline. The first boss is "hard" according to Moldorma and "easy" according to Me. Although the Big Temple (i wont spoil the name for some) in the game is really hard. Not the first part, but once you get the Phantom Hourglass and have to explore into it a bit more.

I played last night, up through the first temple. So far it hasn't disappointed. The dialog is pretty funny, gameplay is awesome (I don't have any of the problems people have mentioned with rolling, pushing/pulling blocks, slashing, etc), and the graphics are very cool. :) Get this game as soon as you can!

I forgot to mention that Linebeck (not lineback) is hilarious. Always finding excuses not to go into the temples or do dangerous stuff.

"Er. You go to that Link. I have to... um... Polish the rudder my ship!"

I finished the game the other day. I will continue playing to finish the side quests and other things eventually.

The main temple becomes easier if you use your map. Draw out tips for yourself - mark switches, behaviors, number steps, etc. Follow your tips to advance quickly and easily.

My final score would be 9/10.
There are parts of the game which are very frustrating - such as when certain shapes needs to be drawn in a certain way which you are never clued in about.

It looks like a really fun game...and who wouldn't buy it anyway? It's a zelda game! I wish they would make an oracle of seasons/ages sort of thing with these controls (like two games come out at once)

Too late. I had already read them. Well, from now on. Spoiler tags and mini print. It would be even better if the staff found some free time to put in real spoiler tags.

I would buy it, but I need a new DS, and I'm waiting for them to become cheaper.  Besides that, although the new controls seem interesting, I'd rather be able to really get into it with true Wii controls.  Of course, the next Zelda for the Wii could be just as cheap as TP and only require you to move at all.

EDIT: I now remember that I also spoiled the story for myself, too.

I'm cheap for not wanting to spend so much for a handheld?

@Sol: Spoiler
Use the red pot at the top of the stairs. Throw it over the cliff that lacks the wall and then jump into it. Use your hammer to then attract the phantoms (by smashing it on the ground near yourself) and then hit them with your hammer (power it up) to knock them unconscious for a moment. Proceed to hitting them in the back with your sword.

@Moldrill:
I do not remember how long I played it per day, but I beat it over a 2 day span.
