Where can I but this product in a public store? It's a device that can read and write GBA ROMS.

Most flashers aren't sold in 'high-street' stores. There isn't enough demand for them from the general public.

You're best bet would be a small game store or computer store; nothing from a major chain such as Gamestop and Best Buy.
