What website I can see that will allow people to download SD Card Drivers that are free for my laptop that will read SD Cards. I have the SD Card Drive but not the driver to run the drive.

You're not making sense. Are you looking for
drivers
? If so you'll need to give us the make and model.
If you're looking for the actual drive, obviously you can't download it, you need to buy the hardware.

Driver = Software used to, for want of a better word, run, the hardware
Drive = The actual hardware
I assume that you mean the Driver then? If so could you give us some specs on your computer and drive please.

Find your exact laptop model, go to the website, find the driver you need.
They should provide them for just about every part in the computer.
