Does anyone know what are the specifications for each of these batteries and where to buy them?

You mean the batteries in the cartridges to keep the saved games?

It should be etched onto the battery itself somewhere, but from what I'm finding through google:

NES, SNES = CR2032
GB/GBC = CR2025
N64 = Hard to find, most cartridges started using EEPROM which doesn't require a battery to keep.

I've done it (sorta)!  Bloom Lighting in GameMaker, and 3D mode too!  Check out the awesome Screen Saver.

Haha, what? Do you even know what a hard drive is? Cartridges were a risky move at the time already, without this proposed addition of moving parts that would render the games useless even faster than the old-school cartridges with lousy connector heads.

They used EEPROM saves for a while, then moved on to SRAM and FlashRAM.
