Graphics / BotW gorons MC style - palette change

I Changed the color of the gorons to fit more thecolor of the gorons in-game. I used the palette of Biggoron from Minish Cap, and to be honest this palette should have been the one used for the gorons, since its the same color as the ones from OoT and now in BotW.

Tell me which color you prefer.

I attempted to sprite Yunobo and a generic Goron. I can´t seem to get the hands right, so I didn´t include them. I used some fragments from Dreadlock Detective's Yunobo to make it, mainly the hair and the scarf.

EDIT: I finally made the hands XD

I edited the head of Kass a bit  :)

EDIT: I also made the side view head
EDIT 2: I also edited my Revali to be the same size as your Kass

EDIT: I edited the colors of Kass and Revali a little bit, since the Color palette for characters in MC has to have 15 colors (I also added Link and Daruk as a comparison)

As for Link, I like your edits, but I do believe link in MC is supposed to be "Child Link", while in Botw he is an adult.

Some time ago I attempted to make my own version of BotW Link, making him an adult, and Sinkin edited him to be even better. I'll leave it here, you can use it and edit it as you please :)

EDIT: I also found these, but I don´t remember who make them.

I'm on mobile so it's a little blurry, but still easy to understand what it is, everything is laid out well in your work. The shading is great, makes it look really 3D. The angle is off if you're going for the same perspective as Minish Cap's, but the work itself is done well from what I can tell.

Thanks Max! Hmm, not sure what t do about the perspective...

I used this sprite to make the body of the loftwing, resizing and recoloring it. I also got the wings to start working on the front view. I also used Leduardo's version a little to blend them together.

I messed around with Pepeztyle's (the TP version was originally made by Darklink 45) Ganondorf sprites, changing the palette to fit the MC palette. I then made Wind Waker Ganondorf.

i'm trying to get the shape of the front view correct, but I am not happy with it completely. I don´t know why this view is harder than the others lol. the Tusks are also a pain to get right, since on the model its even hard to see, that is as close as I could get it. as for the arms, I've been searching for a good front image of Ganon standing, but I found nothing, so I had to edit the 3d Model in Paint. however, I don´t like the arms, and the legs seem off too. Any help with this view?

I picked up this sprite again. I made the side view thanks to this image.
I can´t find good images of the 4 diagonals or the front and back views anywhere. I am using Yobi3D to move the 3D model around, but the arms are on a T position, making it had to actually get the position I want. Could anyone try to edit the model so it doesn´t have the arms sticking out? https://www.yobi3d.com/q/ganon

And if possible, the running animation, since in videos its hard to capture the entire run cycle.

I saw this a while back. I must say a lot of the sprites used are from here and other places. I see a fountain I made back in 2012 in this map: http://trollparty.org/zelda/Screens/Hyrule.jpg
Are you making sure to give credit to everyone who made the sprites, while also asking for permission to use their work? (I don´t really care if you use that fountain tight butthole, I am saying in regards to everyone else)
The project looks good, though I'm not a fan of mixing alttp sprites with Minish cap sprites.

Aaaah, nice pointers. The shading is really off actually. It’s nice to have some fresh eyes on this tho, but the tree needs to be remade completely.

Yep, they are. Got a permission from the artist a long time ago to use it for my old fan game when I had some serious issues to sprite smaller things haha, but I chucked them in as placeholders just to see the whole scene. They will definitely be remade to fit the overall style a bit more  :)

Aaah ok. For the tree why not try and mimic the leafs from the image? I think those leafs are made with a method similar to the last one in this image:

(spriting trees can be a pain, I've tried many times with different methods and failed lol)

Edit: that bug thing looks awesome! Reminds me of a Tektite. (Why did you remove the image of the wall with the tree?)

Thanks for the tip, but I want to try my own hand at the tree design, I think the new one is a big improvement from the old design.

I removed it because the more I looked at it, the more I saw things that bothered me that I need to fix, so I replaced it with a Tektite I made instead  :P

Well, I can't wait for the updated tree! (Though what I liked about the image the most was the ruins, those were fantastic)
