It's amazing how it has been 3 years since I finished this, but here are the downloads:

Sonic Ze with WMA music (26.69 MB)
Sonic Ze with MIDI music (2.71 MB)

Source Code! (GM 5.2 GMD) (Thanks Devy for the help!)

You are free to use anything from the source, but it would be nice if you credit me for it.

All of the controls and other info are included in the Instructions, but I'll post the controls here anyway:
Left Arrow = Move Left
Right Arrow = Move Right
Jump = Control
Look Up = Up
Look Down = Down

Cheat Codes
Level Select:
Type iwantacourse at the title screen, and then press Space & Enter for Level Select, or Control & Enter for Boss Select & Sound Test.

Free Roam Mode (Debug Mode):
Type gottodebugitnow at the title screen. In the game, press F6 to enable/disable debug mode, and while in debug mode press B to free roam (and press B to return to Sonic).

how is this not getting attention?! this is one of the best fan games ive ever played; period. let alone the single best sonic fan game ive ever played; right up there with Sonic Rush.

Wow, this is really good!  I like it a lot.  Two things though.  Sonic should be able to rev up and roll, and He should move faster when he is running.  Really good though :D

Agreed, Sonic has to be Fast, not slow as this. And make him able to roll please ;)

It wasn't that good, IMO.  For some reason Sonic kept dieing at the beggining of the second act.  :huh:

I like the game... except for how friggin' slow Sonic is... O_o

I already had the source code from ages ago, but lost it because it's encrypted on my harddrive.
I'm downloading the 26 MB one, and I'm going to beat the whole game and post about it. XD
Gotta love the classics.

wow, so much like the origional, that game that did more than my parents in raising me, yeah he should be faster but thats just my, and many other peoples, oppinion

See if you make it too fast, it messes up the whole set of the game... which is why Yoshi would re-design all the levels.
All you can really do is accept it how it is, and it's a unique twist to Sonic.
