I was attempting to fix its shell and it was my first shot.

At least i wasnt attempting to break it like those made by pedlya and takuthehedgehog!

Ped,that was dicusting.

my i remind you that it isnt even broken exept for 1 cable and the lcd
which is about 17 bucks + shipping.

What ever ben heck is.....

I did this cause im going to TRY to create a custom shell,change the wifi thingy so its stronger,install a somewhat of a supercard and i might even try to heck the firmware.

and i need to know how to take a ds apart,because im going to use a DS LITE!!!!!!!
And the red one was old and its shell was alreadsy cracked.

@fox at least i didnt do something that ped did!
pedlyas was so horable that i turned off the browser after the first hit!!!

EDIT:I have a ds lite that i use for entertainment(the screwdriver isnt going within 10 feet of it)

Reputation: +0/-0 Offline Gender: Posts: 563	i don't see anything wrong with taking apart consoles, I used to take my N64 and SNES apart once in a blue moon a clean them out, its the same with my PC, unfortunatly I no longer own the right tools for the job but I've found giving them a good clean keeps them working longer, my SNES is still in perfect working order, although I did get it with the shell damaged so I'm thinking of getting a "new" one.
