Goodnight, you don't get the drill claw until Bowser's Castle, just so you know. The other two weapons you mentioned can be found at this point though.
For the "Megazord" thing, it does nothing but fire a breaker beam every 2 turns. Devote one of those turns to healing if you need to, and devote the other to attacking. It should fall after around 1000 HP if I'm not mistaken. I somehow lost my Player's guide, which had the stats of basically every monster in the game.
